- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup Memphis BBQ sauce
- 1 bag coleslaw mix
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Step 1: Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).

Step 2: In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

Step 3: Rub the spice mixture all over the beef brisket, making sure to coat it evenly.
