- 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1 1/2 cups Smoked Gouda Cheese
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
- 2 cups Shallots
- 3 sprigs Fresh Thyme

- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
